This is the second step of Chimera. It takes the configuration generated by IPP and creates the HySDS job payload for job submission. The job payload needs to be mapped by SciFlo and run on a remote worker.

There are two parts to this step:

  1. Creation of job payload

  2. Run PGE on remote worker
