Understanding Current Metrics

There are three main dashboards for HySDS:

Importance

Dashboard

Purpose

Importance

Worker Metrics

Shows status of workers in the HySDS cluster.

Able to see when workers were actively performing tasks and hone in at specific points to see worker details.

Job Metrics

Provides information on how many jobs are currently executing at any particular time

Understand how the system is being used and when it's the busiest + see what specific jobs have the most impact on the system.

Minimal OPS UI

Shows the statuses of 3rd party services running on PCM (e.g. rabbitmq, ES, redis) and supervised services.

Gives near real-time status of those services without the operator having to log into the systems to collect that information themselves.
