Understanding Current Metrics
There are three main dashboards for HySDS:
Dashboard | Purpose | Importance |
---|---|---|
Worker Metrics | Shows status of workers in the HySDS cluster. | Able to see when workers were actively performing tasks and hone in at specific points to see worker details. |
Job Metrics | Provides information on how many jobs are currently executing at any particular time | Understand how the system is being used and when it's the busiest + see what specific jobs have the most impact on the system. |
Minimal OPS UI | Shows the statuses of 3rd party services running on PCM (e.g. rabbitmq, ES, redis) and supervised services. | Gives near real-time status of those services without the operator having to log into the systems to collect that information themselves. |
