Seeing spikes in workflow duration

Kibana includes a free Data Visualizer to learn more about your data. In particular, if your data is stored in Elasticsearch and contains a time field, you can use the Data Visualizer to identify possible fields for anomaly detection.

  • It detects unusual changes in data based on what a neural network deems is unusual. This is tied with alerting, since we can have a machine learning job watching the number of daily visits to a website and we can be alerted if there is a significant drop or increase in visits.

    • Can also forecast future values, predict how many visitors there will be in the future
